IT SHOULD BE DIM SUM-SUNDAY'S EVERYDAY: KEN HO, CHINA TOWN, BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND

Hands down the best dim sum in town. Be sure to get down early doors on a weekend morning though as the locals like to get in quick time. My uncle run's the place with my Auntie and I am lucky enough to be able to visit quite often. Get to know my uncle well, he'll treat you well and get you smashed.

Below are one or two of my favourite standard dim sum dishes including har gow, siu mai, sam siu chow mein, deep fried squid, gon chow ngau hor and a couple of sweet bao's.

Big Buddha. Apparently I looked like this when I was younger. It's not far off.
